Hoeveel sessies je nodig hebt is afhankelijk van de vraag waarmee jij bij mij komt. Voor stoppen met roken is één sessie vaak al genoeg terwijl er bij een trauma of andere klacht vaak meerdere sessies nodig zijn. Tijdens de kosteloze intake bespreken we wat er nodig is.
